These terms apply to your use of callbackcoast.com and the services provided by Callback Coast LLC ("Callback Coast," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Callback Coast helps local businesses request Google reviews from their customers and follow up with leads, using text messages and email sent on the business's behalf. We may offer additional marketing services by separate agreement.

Free trial, fees, and cancellation

• New clients may receive a free trial period. When the trial ends, the monthly fee applies unless you cancel before it ends.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance, or annually if you choose annual billing, at the price stated in your sign-up or proposal.
• You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities as a client

• You will give us accurate customer contact information and only for customers you have a real business relationship with.
• You confirm you have the right to contact those customers by text and email about their experience with your business.
• You will not ask us to send messages that are false, misleading, or unlawful.

Reviews

We ask every customer you send us for a review in the same way. We do not filter out unhappy customers, offer rewards for reviews, or write reviews. Reviews are posted by your customers on platforms we do not control, so we cannot guarantee how many reviews you will receive, what they will say, or whether a platform will display them.

Text message terms

If you agree to receive text messages from Callback Coast LLC, for example by checking the consent box on our contact form, these terms apply:

• What you'll receive: messages about your inquiry, scheduling, and our services.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out.
• Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Callback Coast LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bay County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
